We’re looking for a creative and thoughtful Brand Manager to join our Customer team and play a key role in shaping brand concepts, campaign narratives and creative direction across our online and offline channels. You’ll use customer insight, market trends and commercial priorities to develop clear, inspiring brand ideas that bring The Perfume Shop brand to life, working closely with Creative, Brand Activation, Digital Activation, Customer Strategy and Commercial teams.

Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create inspiring brand and campaign narratives rooted in customer insight, brand strategy and commercial priorities.
  • Bring brand strategy to life through clear creative briefs, toolkits and guidance, supporting consistent delivery across channels.
  • Define the look, feel and story for brand campaigns before handover to Brand Activation and Digital Activation teams.
  • Collaborate with Customer Strategy, Creative, Buying, Stores, Online and Marketing teams to shape brand ideas that support customer journeys and commercial plans.
  • Act as a quality checkpoint throughout the creation process, helping to ensure concepts are customer-led, distinctive and on-brand.
  • Lead, coach and support your team members, setting clear objectives and encouraging their development.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Experience in a brand, creative or marketing role, with a strong focus on concept creation and campaign storytelling.
  • The ability to turn data, insight and strategy into meaningful brand stories and creative direction.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain ideas, rationale and concepts clearly and engagingly.
  • Experience briefing and guiding Creative, Digital or Activation teams to bring brand concepts to life.
  • Good commercial awareness and an understanding of customer-led marketing within a retail or consumer-facing environment.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders and support others to deliver great outcomes.
