What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and motivating your pharmacy team to deliver outstanding service
- Supporting the Pharmacy Manager with day-to-day operations
- Using your initiative to drive performance and add value to the business
- Ensuring the dispensary runs efficiently and meets GPhC standards
We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 in Dispensing (Level 2 considered)
- Previous experience working in a dispensary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Supervisory experience in pharmacy or retail (e.g. previous store/assistant manager)
- Ambitious professionals ready to grow – we love to promote from within!
