The Role
The Customer Services Assistant will help to provide an effective and efficient telephone answering service for the Customer Services Centre, offering professional, appropriate, and accurate advice via telephone, email, web chat, or in writing when dealing with enquiries to maximize Right First Time resolution.

You Will Need To
- Be a confident and capable communicator, comfortable handling difficult situations

- Take an asset-based approach to empowering individuals to develop their skills, strengths, and talents
- Have good knowledge or experience working with homeless or vulnerable people
- Understand or be willing to learn about community resources and organizations that can assist our clients
