We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to provide two weeks’ holiday cover on an established new build housing development in Herne Bay, Kent. You will be working alongside an experienced site team consisting of two Site Managers and an Assistant Site Manager, supporting the day-to-day running of the site.
The role:
- Supporting the site management team as instructed
- Working across plots as required
- Completing site inductions
- Assisting with general site paperwork and administration
- Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times
- Working effectively as part of an established site team
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- SSSTS – mandatory
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build housing sites
- Ability to follow instructions and integrate quickly into an existing team
- Reliable, professional, and available to start immediately
Desirable:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Experience working on volume housebuilder sites
