The Recruitment Group is hiring! We are currently looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our clients busy team. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work with an immediate start available.
Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative:
- Assisting with deliveries, including unloading and loading vehicles
- Receiving and storing goods accurately in the correct warehouse locations
- Preparing and loading customer orders in line with sales requirements
- Signing for deliveries, reporting stock damages, and supporting stock checks
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Carrying out daily checks on forklifts and other equipment
- Promoting a strong health and safety culture at all times
Skills required as a Warehouse Operative:
- A valid Forklift Licence is desirable
- Good numeracy, data accuracy, and basic IT skills
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
- Previous warehouse or yard experience is advantageous
