The Role

Our client is looking for a reliable and organised Container Control Administrator to join their team and support the day-to-day tracking of our container fleet. This is a hands-on admin role working closely with depots and operations. Accuracy matters — this role helps make sure containers are where they should be and correctly recorded for billing.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Entering container movements into the system (on hire, off hire, transfers, sales)
  • Keeping container records accurate and up to date
  • Checking paperwork and chasing missing information
  • Flagging anything that doesn’t look right — not guessing
  • Supporting stock checks and investigations into missing containers
  • Dealing with basic container queries from depots and operations

Who We’re Looking For

  • Reliable, organised, and willing to learn

  • Comfortable using computers and basic spreadsheets
