The Role
Our client is looking for a reliable and organised Container Control Administrator to join their team and support the day-to-day tracking of our container fleet. This is a hands-on admin role working closely with depots and operations. Accuracy matters — this role helps make sure containers are where they should be and correctly recorded for billing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Entering container movements into the system (on hire, off hire, transfers, sales)
- Keeping container records accurate and up to date
- Checking paperwork and chasing missing information
- Flagging anything that doesn’t look right — not guessing
- Supporting stock checks and investigations into missing containers
- Dealing with basic container queries from depots and operations
Who We’re Looking For
- Reliable, organised, and willing to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and basic spreadsheets
