A well-established professional practice is seeking a Legal Assistant to join its Family Department in Leamington Spa. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a strong administrator to support multiple Fee Earners within a busy and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to multiple Fee Earners
  • Managing diaries, appointments, and client communications
  • Handling new client enquiries and conducting conflict checks
  • Preparing legal documents, court bundles, invoices, and case files
  • Managing filing systems and case management processes
  • Scanning and distributing incoming post
  • Providing reception cover and general administrative support as required
