We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Customer Operations Coordinator to join our team in Felixstowe. This role supports one of our key client accounts within the logistics and supply chain sector, ensuring high‑quality service and smooth day‑to‑day operations. As a Customer Operations Coordinator, you’ll manage customer requirements, maintain accurate documentation, and act as the central point of communication — with plenty of support and training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison for a nominated customer, ensuring all operational requirements are captured accurately and delivered on time.
  • Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal processes as any service changes occur.

Requirements:
