We’re excited to be recruiting on behalf of a leading sports club for an experienced Grounds Person to join their high-performing team. This is a rare opportunity to work in a top-level sporting environment, preparing and maintaining pitches to first-class and international standards.
The role of Grounds Person includes:
- Preparation, repair and maintenance of pitches and associated areas
- Mowing, rolling, feeding, watering and general turf management
- Assisting with renovations, landscaping and external training facilities
- Working match days, evenings and weekends during the season
To be considered for the role of Grounds Person, you should have:
- Minimum 2 years’ sports turf experience
- Level 2 Sports Turf (or equivalent) qualification
- Passion for working outdoors in all conditions
- Flexible with hours including weekends and match days
