Willing to travel globally to help the clients in their facilities.

Capacity to react and plan in a fast-changing environment often at short notice.

Familiarity with linear as well as non-linear workflow requirements in the news multimedia arena.

First-rate communication, collaboration and persuasion skills.

Considerable Production Management and/or Unit Manager experience, delivering a range of ability to manage both interpersonal and customer relationships effectively.

Exemplary leadership skills combined with the ability to lead, develop and motivate teams.

To create and regularly adjust and update the workflow boards based on customer feedback and/or product development.

To conduct training for customers on location, adjust and update the workflow boards based on customer feedback and/or product development.

Experience with technical workflows (NRCS solutions, broadcast video editing, online collaborative production tools, remote friendly and modern software solutions).

Building and launching TV shows, channels, and newsrooms.

Survey user experience and develop solutions to meet the needs of the various clients.

Understanding the workflow perspectives, challenges, and implications for both production and editorial departments.

To conduct workflow studies and shadowing client users to document As-Is workflows.

To design To-Be workflows to address the issues present in As-Is workflows.

To present, communicate and train large groups of users.
