Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Procurement Lead / Construction Buyer to play a pivotal role within our Procurement and Supply Chain team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded procurement professional looking to take ownership of purchasing activities across maintenance and construction projects.
The Role: As Procurement Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring the timely, cost-effective sourcing of materials, plant, and subcontracted services. You will work closely with Maintenance, Operations, Finance, and Project Teams to ensure supply chain efficiency and project success.
This role would suit a Construction Buyer, Procurement Specialist, or Supply Chain Lead with hands-on experience in a fast-paced construction or maintenance environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead procurement activities for maintenance contracts and large construction projects.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with procurement and financial procedures.
- Source, evaluate, and appoint materials suppliers and subcontractors.
