As a Senior Project Manager within our Global PMO, you will play a pivotal role in driving complex global transformation initiatives across Arxada. You will lead high-impact business, process, and technology projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery excellence across scope, timeline, budget, and quality. Working in a highly collaborative, international environment, you will partner closely with senior leaders across Finance, IT, and Global Functions, acting as a trusted advisor and change leader. Essential Job Functions:
  • Lead global transformation and migration projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring outcomes align with business strategy and PMO governance.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders, driving transparency, alignment, and effective decision-making.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and interdependencies, escalating with solution-oriented recommendations.
  • Drive disciplined execution using established project management methodologies, ensuring high-quality delivery and benefits realization.
  • Champion change management and user adoption by engaging impacted teams and supporting sustainable implementation.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability across cross-functional project teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of extensive project management experience in a global, complex organization.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation and change initiatives.
  • Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of Finance processes and systems; exposure to SAP is an advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across senior levels.
  • Ability to lead with confidence in ambiguity, balancing structure with pragmatism in fast-paced environments.
