We offer a broad portfolio of ingredients and services for multiple end markets that include Human Health. The role involves:
- Playing a key role in roadmap planning, vendor evaluation, business case development and implementation.
- Ensuring data accuracy, controls and compliance with internal policies (e.g., SOX) and external regulations (e.g., export compliance, GDPR, credit-and-collections regulation).
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for OTC systems (system uptime, change success rate, order-to-cash cycle time, error rates, user satisfaction), reporting to senior management and driving action plans.
Qualifications:
- Master’s preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in an IT application leadership role, with substantial exposure to OTC processes.
- Proven experience with SAP SD module (and SAP GTS) within Order-to-Cash landscape; ideally at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Strong understanding of the OTC end-to-end process (order entry, pricing, billing, shipping, export compliance, credit management, collections).
- Experience in managing global teams, vendor/outsourcing partners, and cross-regional system landscapes.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, standardisation and automation in a complex ERP environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to interact with business leaders, IT and third-party service providers.
- Solid governance mindset: change management, incident management, system controls, data integrity.
- Preferably, experience in a manufacturing or global supply-chain setting, and familiarity with export compliance (for example SAP GTS).
- Fluency in English; additional language(s) desirable depending on region.
