  • Integrate master data (PLM/MDM) as a trusted foundation for AI use cases and data‑driven decision making
  • Connect plant and MES signals into ERP processes, enabling end‑to‑end operational visibility and analytics
  • Embed compliant and auditable AI solutions within regulated environments (e.g. GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11)
  • Lead and mentor a small team of engineers and functional experts, driving delivery and technical excellence

  • Experience leading engineering or cross‑functional teams as a hands‑on “player‑coach”
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives end‑to‑end

  • Exposure to GxP or other regulated environments and SAP MDM/PLM
  • Experience integrating MES and ERP systems in manufacturing environments

Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

Know Your Tools and Frameworks

Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. If Arxada uses React or Node.js, for instance, be ready to discuss how we’ve used them in previous projects or coursework.
