As a Regulatory Senior Specialist within our EMEA Regulatory Affairs team, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the success of Arxada’s Professional Hygiene and Home Care business. You will contribute by shaping and executing regulatory strategies that ensure our products not only meet internal standards but also comply with diverse and evolving EMEA regulations. Essential Job Functions

• Lead regulatory strategy and delivery for the Professional Hygiene and Home Care portfolio in line with BPR, MDR, REACH, CLP and national regulatory frameworks.
• Coordinate, compile and submit EMEA product registrations, ensuring regulatory aspects of key business projects are delivered effectively.
• Manage post‐submission interactions with authorities and stakeholders to secure favourable outcomes.
• Provide regulatory analysis, expert guidance and actionable recommendations to internal teams and customers.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Quality and Hazard Communication teams to drive aligned and compliant project execution.
• Monitor and communicate regulatory changes, translating shifts into business‐relevant insights.
• Represent Arxada in industry associations, task forces and stakeholder groups, ensuring our position is reflected in emerging legislation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences required; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• 5–10 years’ experience in Regulatory Affairs within the disinfectants or related chemical industry.
• Strong working knowledge of EU biocides regulation (PT1–5), medical devices legislation, and allied regulations (REACH, CLP); experience with Home Care biocides (PT6) highly desirable.
• Ability to analyse scientific data, grasp new concepts quickly, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in cross‐functional, matrix‐team environments with a proactive, detail‐oriented mindset.
