We are looking for a Senior People Manager to join ARX in our UK team. In this role, you will take full ownership of the UK people agenda and work closely with senior leadership locally as well as the Global Director of HR & Organisation to shape people and leadership topics in line with our business and mission.
You will be responsible for end-to-end people topics, including performance management locally, Payroll, People Operations & People Experience. Working in a highly dynamic, international environment, you will adapt and roll out global people initiatives locally, ensure compliance with UK employment law, and build scalable, people-first processes with a strong bias for action. This role comes with high visibility, autonomy, and real impact.

Your profile:
- Several years of experience in People Operations, HR Business Partnering, or a comparable senior HR role, ideally in an international, high-growth, or mission-driven environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and hands-on experience with employee relations topics
- Proven ability to partner with, advise, and challenge senior leaders and stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a strong hands-on, execution-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Flexible working model – the role can be structured with reduced working hours
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Fluent English is required
- Eligibility to work in the UK is required
