ARX Robotics GmbH is seeking a Technical Programme Manager to operate at the intersection of engineering rigour, operational complexity, and process governance. You will design and build the programme infrastructure across engineering and operational stakeholders, ensuring clear accountability and evidence-based sign-off.

You will coordinate geographically distributed teams in the UK, Germany, and Ukraine, translating field reality to the central product organisation in Germany and delivering.
