ROLE
- Ensure Incoming Goods are Cleaned and Labelled in Accordance with SOPs.
- Responsible for the Cleaning of Warehouse Staging Areas, Goods-In and Goods-Out Airlocks, and Sampling Booth, in Accordance with SOPs and Written Procedures and Maintenance of Accurate Cleaning Records.
- Sampling and Inspection of All Incoming Packaging Components, in Accordance with Established Sampling Procedures and Specifications.
- Raising of Non-Conformance Reports if Any Material is Out of Specification.
- Maintaining Records for Stock Packing Material, Including Retaining Materials and Archiving. Records to be Prepared in Conformance with SOPs and cGMP Requirements.
- Sampling and Identification of All Incoming Raw Materials in Accordance with SOPs.
- Maintain Records for Receipt of Raw Materials, Including Retaining and Archiving. Records to be in Conformance with SOPs and cGMP Requirements.
- Compliance with Company Personal Hygiene and Safety Procedures and Due Regard for Safety of Colleagues.
- Liaison with Warehouse Operatives, Packaging Manager, and Manufacturing Manager to Ensure All Materials are Sampled in a Timely Manner.
- Manage Laboratory Waste Disposal and Collection in Accordance with SOPs.
- Undertake All Reasonable Instructions, as Directed by the Quality Control Supervisor.
REQUIRED
- A Level in Chemistry or Another Relevant Subject, Higher Qualifications an Advantage.
- Previous Experience Working in a Laboratory Environment, Preferably Pharmaceutical.
- Appreciation of cGMP and cGLP and Working to SOPs.
- Knowledge of a Range of Analytical Apparatus/Equipment and Methods/Techniques.
- Experienced User of Microsoft Office, Specifically Word and Excel.
- Excellent Attention to Detail.
