Our Client is Seeking to Add to the Team of Specialist Manufacturing Process Operators, (MPO’s), to Support the Continued Growth of the Business. The MPO’s will be Responsible to Set Up and Operate Manufacturing Equipment Safely and Efficiently Within a Strictly Regulated and Controlled Environment, Ensuring Products are Manufactured to the Highest Quality Standards in Compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices, (cGMP), Health and Safety, and Established Company Procedures, whilst Supporting Continuous Improvement Opportunities.

ROLE

  • Set Up and Operate Automated and Semi‑Automated Manufacturing Equipment in Compliance with Approved Procedures and Agreed Production Programmes
  • Manufacture High‑Quality, High‑Value Products, ‘Right First Time’, in Accordance with Production Schedules and Quality Standards
  • Accurately Complete All Required Documentation in a Timely Manner
  • Conduct Regular Cleaning and Basic Maintenance of All Equipment and Fabric within the Section in Accordance with Approved Schedules
  • Ensure Full Compliance and Adherence with All Company Policies, Procedures, Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures, (SOP’s)

REQUIRED

  • Engineering and/or HSE Qualifications (Desirable)
  • Experience Working in a Highly Regulated Manufacturing Environment eg Pharmaceutical
  • Familiarity with Automated or Semi-Automated Equipment and Controlled Environments
  • Working Knowledge of cGMP, Hygiene, and Health and Safety Requirements
  • Experience Completing Manufacturing Documentation Accurately and On-Time
  • Strong Attention to Detail with Focus on Quality and ‘Right First Time’ Production
  • Ability to Follow Procedures, Work Effectively as Part of a Team, and Support Continuous Improvement Opportunities
  • Good Communication Skills, Written and Spoken
  • Manual Handling - Ability to Lift Heavy Materials (25kgs)
