- Leadership – Build, Lead and Develop a High Performing and Engaged 30–40-Person Multidisciplinary Team, Embedding a Culture of Collaboration, Ownership, and Innovation

REQUIRED
- 5+ Years’ Experience in Radiotracer or Sterile Product Manufacture, Testing and Dispensing
- GMP Experience
- Strong Leadership Experience, Managing Multidisciplinary Teams
- Proven Project Management Skills
- Experience of Delivering Change and New Processes via URS, FDS, DG, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ Protocols
- Business Planning Experience and Knowledge of MHRA Guidelines
- High Commitment to Customer Service
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Organisational and Quality Management System (QMS) Experience
