Due to Incumbent Retirement and Opportunity Exists for an Experienced Injection Moulding Manager who will Report Directly to the CEO at this Well Established Specialist Component Manufacturer and Assembler of Medical Devises Working Full Time, On Site, in a Highly Conducive Environment, the Successful Applicant will Lead the Moulding Production Team with Responsibility for Planning and Organisation of a Class 8 Cleanroom Mould Shop, Housing Injection Mould Machines, Including Fanuc, Engel and Boy Equipment with a Range of Capacities. The Role Includes Ensuring Health and Safety Compliance, Tooling Maintenance and Servicing, and Maintaining High Production Standards Training will be Provided in Production Areas, Systems, Programs and Procedures with the Opportunity to Work Alongside the Retiring Incumbent ROLE * Team and Production Management * Tooling Management * Quality and Compliance * Project and Process Improvement * Client Relations, Including Direct Client Interface REQUIRED * Time Served Experience with Toolmaking, Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering * Appropriate Academic Qualifications Desirable, Not Essential * Minimum 5 Years Experience in Injection Moulding Manufacturing and Moulding Tooling Management * Excellent Knowledge of Injection Mould Tooling, Tool Making, Tooling Suppliers, and the Plastics Industry * Clean Room Operating Experience * Proven Leadership Experience within an Injection Moulding Company * Proficient in Lean Techniques, (5S) * Proficient in CAD Software and Project Planning Tools * Good Computer Skills, Including the Ability to Read and Write CAD Data, Project Planning, and Email Communication * Strong Customer Relationship Management with Excellent Communication Skills * Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced and Deadline-Driven Environment
