About our client
Our client is a real estate and technology platform transforming how homes are sold in the UK. They help homeowners unlock more value from their property by rethinking the traditional sales process. Instead of a one-size-fits-all estate agency model, they offer flexible solutions - combining renovation, rental yield generation, and agent matchmaking - to maximise outcomes at every stage of the sale journey.
The role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first conversation homeowners have when they’re exploring a better way to sell. Your role is to qualify inbound demand, understand seller needs, and clearly communicate how our client can unlock more value from their sale. You’ll book high-quality meetings for the Marketplace team and, over time, develop the capability to manage and close deals yourself. You’ll sit at the centre of the commercial engine; bridging marketing and sales, improving conversion through better conversations, and helping prospects move efficiently through the funnel. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is target-driven, coachable, and excited to make an impact in a fast-growing startup.
What you’ll be doing
- Engaging inbound leads via calls, email, and messaging
- Qualifying seller needs and identifying strong commercial opportunities
- Clearly explaining Flyp’s value proposition and sales pathways
- Managing and updating your pipeline in HubSpot/ Pipedrive
- Booking meetings for senior sales colleagues and contributing to team targets
- Testing and refining messaging, cadences, and channels to improve conversion
High energy, resilience, and ambition to succeed in sales
Confident communicator - strong on the phone and clear in writing
Organised and proactive with strong follow-up discipline
Comfortable using CRM tools and interested in data-driven selling
Previous SDR/BDR experience is a plus, but not essential; mindset matters more than experience
Why join their team?
- Join a high-growth PropTech business redefining home sales in the UK
- Competitive base salary with performance-based commission
- Work in a collaborative, ambitious team that values ownership and impact
- Direct exposure to senior leadership
- Close collaboration with Sales, Marketplace Operations, and delivery teams
- A tight-knit, international team across three countries that knows how to work
