This role leads a unique, immersive museum and living exhibition set within a restored historic home. Our client is seeking a confident, guest-focused Attractions Manager with a strong background in museum, heritage, or visitor attraction management.
- Lead, train, and support the Welcome and Host team.
- Ensure a consistently high-quality, educational, and immersive visitor experience.
- Manage existing interactive exhibits and support the development of new content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in general arts (history, museum studies, or heritage-related fields preferred).
- Proven experience managing a museum, heritage site, or high-quality visitor attraction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Creative approach to educational programmes, workshops, and visitor engagement.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Flexible and comfortable working weekends and in a dynamic environment.
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Sunday (including weekends).
Location: On-site, UK-based heritage attraction.
