Fred Bakery is looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant in Holborn, London. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are hands‑on, service‑driven, and confident managing a fast‑paced food & beverage environment. You will play a key role on the floor, working closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations, strong team performance, and a consistently high guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operation of Fred Bakery’s restaurant, ensuring service runs smoothly at all times.
  • Actively lead the front‑of‑house team during service, setting the standard on the floor.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and daily task coordination.
  • Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional and calm manner.
  • Support onboarding and on‑the‑job training of new team members.
