We are growing our Talent Acquisition team at ArvatoConnect! Step into a dynamic role as a Recruiter, where you'll play a key part in shaping our growing workforce. You'll drive end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing top talent to delivering a seamless candidate experience. Partnering with hiring managers, you'll support hiring plans, manage job postings, conduct interviews, and oversee offers — ensuring we attract the best talent. With high-volume recruitment, no two days will be the same, keeping you on your toes in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities- Deliver the end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, and securing top talent.
- Use innovative sourcing techniques, including proactive headhunting, to attract the best candidates.
- Manage job postings across various platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
- Conduct interviews across all hiring stages, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and smooth workflows.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers, alongside candidates on their recruitment journey - ensuring strong stakeholder engagement.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and contracts, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding.
- Manage shared inboxes, ensuring timely responses to meet SLAs.
- Previous experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques, including job boards and direct headhunting.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
- Digitally confident, with experience using ATS platforms.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail, ensuring smooth and efficient hiring operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (Pro Rata).
