You'll work across cloud platforms, servers, networks, and storage - resolving complex issues, ensuring system resilience, and delivering service excellence. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams and trusted third-party partners to ensure robust, secure, and high-performing platforms. What you’ll do:

  • Take ownership of infrastructure and network support tickets - resolving issues end-to-end and ensuring documentation is up to date.
  • Support and maintain cloud, server, network, and storage systems across internal platforms and client environments.
  • Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and fixing issues before they escalate.
  • Ensure all infrastructure aligns with security best practices and vendor standards.
  • Maintain and regularly test backup and disaster recovery processes in line with service agreements.
  • Produce clear and accurate technical documentation, including system diagrams and service records.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and third-party partners to resolve issues and support project delivery.
  • Contribute to projects as a technical resource, delivering assigned tasks on time and to spec.
  • Participate in the on-call rota, providing out-of-hours support when required.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Proven experience in a 3rd line support role within a corporate environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of fault resolution.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud and virtualised server platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools and environments such as AAD/AD, AWS, Azure, VPN, M365, and Censornet.
  • Confident following ITIL-based processes and documenting technical actions.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Able to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment with shifting demands.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
