Working at Arvato means: Together, we’re on it.

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire

Salary: up to £31,000

Contract: Permanent

Working Pattern: Monday–Friday 8.30-17.00

About the role

We’re looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our growing Service Delivery team at our Corby site. This is a client-facing role where you’ll be responsible for managing and resolving day-to-day logistical queries and issues on behalf of our customers. You’ll be the person clients turn to when they need answers — whether that’s finding out where a shipment is, investigating a missing delivery, resolving a ticket or coordinating with our operational teams to get an issue resolved.

You’ll need to be organised, analytical and solutions-focused, with the confidence to investigate problems, communicate clearly with clients and work collaboratively with colleagues across the operation. No two days will be exactly the same. You’ll be managing multiple queries and priorities, ensuring our clients receive timely updates and that issues are followed through to resolution.

What you’ll be doing

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding day-to-day logistics and service queries.
  • Manage and respond to client queries received through tickets, emails and other communication channels.
  • Investigate shipment and delivery queries, including missing, delayed or incomplete deliveries.
  • Track shipments and work with internal teams and transport partners to establish what has happened.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, transport, inventory and operational teams to resolve client issues.
  • Ensure tickets and queries are accurately recorded, updated and progressed through to resolution.
  • Provide clients with clear, professional and timely updates.
  • Identify recurring issues and highlight trends or potential service improvements.
  • Escalate more complex issues appropriately and ensure they receive the required level of attention.
  • Work to agreed service levels and prioritise workload according to urgency and client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure relevant systems are kept up to date.
  • Support the wider Service Delivery team in maintaining strong client relationships and excellent service levels.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes and prevent recurring issues.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and helping people, but who is also comfortable working with data, systems and operational teams. You will ideally have experience in a customer service, client services, logistics, transport, supply chain or service delivery environment.

You’ll need to be:

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple queries and priorities.
  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable dealing directly with clients and building positive working relationships.
  • Naturally investigative — you’ll want to understand why something has happened rather than simply passing the problem on.
  • Solutions-focused and able to take ownership of issues through to resolution.
  • Comfortable working with tickets, emails, databases and operational systems.
  • Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with urgent or challenging situations.
  • A strong team player who can build effective relationships across different areas of the operation.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Additional Information

  • 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays with the option to purchase up to an additional 5 days
  • Pension contribution
  • A life assurance policy that pays out 4 x Salary
  • Employee Assistance Programme that provides you with confidential support, information, and advice to help you
  • Employee Discount Scheme through Benefit Hub
  • Free Parking
