We’re now seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our distribution services team. This pivotal role ensures our clients receive exceptional service and value, maintaining strong partnerships and driving continuous improvement across our operations.
You’ll act as the primary operational contact for a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring service performance, communication, and customer satisfaction meet the highest standards. Working cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, IT, and commercial teams, you’ll ensure performance targets are achieved and improvement initiatives are delivered.
Key Responsibilities- Build trusted relationships with key clients, understanding their operational needs and priorities.
- Monitor service delivery performance, ensuring KPIs and contractual obligations are met.
- Lead regular client review meetings, sharing insights and performance reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for added value or growth within existing accounts.
- Proven experience in service delivery, account management, or client relationship roles — ideally within logistics, distribution, or supply chain.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail in managing SLAs and contracts.
