Hours: 40 hours per week, rotating 6.00am-2.00pm / 2.00pm-10.00pm shift pattern
Salary: £34,068.06
Reporting to: Operations Manager
As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate your team to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Your Tasks
- Leading and managing the team to achieve and exceed SLAs
- Distributing work orders and managing workload
- Planning daily business activities and implementing processes
- Being the first point of contact for process and technical faults
- Identifying issues and initiating corrective measures
- Ensuring SLA compliance
- Working with SAP system
- Participating in resource planning
- Creating and evaluating reports
- Maintaining quality and service standards
- People management activities
Your Profile
- Experience with computerized systems
- Experience in temperature-controlled environments (advantage)
- Reliability, good time management, and organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong numerical and record-keeping skills
- Attention to detail
- Ownership of issues from start to finish
