Management Associate – Supply Chain Solutions
Site: Hams Hall, with travel to other sites.
Duration: 18-month Placement

We’re looking for a dynamic Management Associate to work side-by-side with our Managing Director, gaining unparalleled exposure to strategic decision-making, business transformation, and executive leadership.

What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the MD, supporting strategic initiatives, board-level projects, and operational priorities.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects that drive growth, innovation, and efficiency.
- Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend key meetings, capturing insights and driving follow-ups to ensure momentum.
- Be the eyes and ears of the MD—spotting opportunities, solving problems, and helping shape the future of the business.
- Champion Global Collaboration: Partner closely with global account owners to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery for our onsite UK clients. Your role will be pivotal in fostering strong international relationships that drive client satisfaction and long-term success.
- Ignite New Beginnings: Collaborate with our sales and account management teams to support the implementation of new client projects. From onboarding to execution, you’ll help turn strategic plans into smooth, successful launches.
What We’re Looking For
- You will have a First-class honours or Upper-Second class honours in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
- A high-performing individual with a background in business, strategy, consulting, or operations.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Discretion, professionalism, and a natural ability to build trust.
