We are seeking a confident and hands‑on HR Business Partner to join our Corby based site. This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy and thrives in a fast‑paced, operational environment. You’ll be responsible for delivering a full spectrum of HR support to the wider, supportive HR network across other Arvato locations.
Your Tasks
- Partner with operational leaders to drive engagement, performance, and people development.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and best practice.
- Lead on case management including disciplinary, grievance and absence processes.
- Manage direct reports, ensuring their objectives align with business goals and support their individual development.
- Address high‑level employee issues, including grievances, appeals, ET claims, and complex disciplinary matters.
- Support the design, development, and execution of strategic projects and change management initiatives.
- Implement policies and manage processes related to redundancies, restructures, succession planning, TUPE transfers, and more.
- Coach and develop HR colleagues and stakeholders throughout the organisation.
- Stay abreast of employment law changes and ensure compliance within the business.
Your Profile
- CIPD Qualification.
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor/HRBP role with a solid understanding of people management issues.
- Proficient knowledge of employment law and a commitment to continuous HR learning and development.
- Proactive interaction skills, with the ability to engage with managers and employees at all levels.
- Highly organized, capable of managing conflicting demands and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Strong judgment, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills with a pragmatic and creative approach.
- Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement with individuals at all levels.
