Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (FTC 6-12 months)
Salary: Up to £65,000

We are seeking a confident and hands‑on HR Business Partner to join our Corby based site. This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy and thrives in a fast‑paced, operational environment. You’ll be responsible for delivering a full spectrum of HR support to the wider, supportive HR network across other Arvato locations.

Your Tasks

  • Partner with operational leaders to drive engagement, performance, and people development.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and best practice.
  • Lead on case management including disciplinary, grievance and absence processes.
  • Manage direct reports, ensuring their objectives align with business goals and support their individual development.
  • Address high‑level employee issues, including grievances, appeals, ET claims, and complex disciplinary matters.
  • Support the design, development, and execution of strategic projects and change management initiatives.
  • Implement policies and manage processes related to redundancies, restructures, succession planning, TUPE transfers, and more.
  • Coach and develop HR colleagues and stakeholders throughout the organisation.
  • Stay abreast of employment law changes and ensure compliance within the business.

Your Profile

  • CIPD Qualification.
  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor/HRBP role with a solid understanding of people management issues.
  • Proficient knowledge of employment law and a commitment to continuous HR learning and development.
  • Proactive interaction skills, with the ability to engage with managers and employees at all levels.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing conflicting demands and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Strong judgment, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills with a pragmatic and creative approach.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement with individuals at all levels.
