This pivotal role ensures our clients receive exceptional service and value, maintaining strong partnerships and driving continuous improvement across our operations.

You’ll act as the primary operational contact for a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring service performance, communication, and customer satisfaction meet the highest standards. Working cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, IT, and commercial teams, you’ll ensure performance targets are achieved and improvement initiatives are delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with key clients, understanding their operational needs and priorities.
  • Monitor service delivery performance, ensuring KPIs and contractual obligations are met.
  • Lead regular client review meetings, sharing insights and performance reports.
