What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the MD, supporting strategic initiatives, board-level projects, and operational priorities.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects that drive growth, innovation, and efficiency.
  • Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend key meetings, capturing insights and driving follow-ups to ensure momentum.
  • Be the eyes and ears of the MD—spotting opportunities, solving problems, and helping shape the future of the business.
  • Champion Global Collaboration: Partner closely with global account owners to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery for our onsite UK clients.
  • Ignite New Beginnings: Collaborate with our sales and account management teams to support the implementation of new client projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • You will have a First-class honours or Upper-Second class honours in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
  • A high-performing individual with a background in business, strategy, consulting, or operations.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
