Arvato HR team is looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional who’s ready to take the next step in their career. This role involves designing, delivering, and influencing learning strategy, while developing the capability to lead and shape the function over time.

Hours: 40 hours per week. Mon - Fri
Your Tasks:
- Design and deliver engaging, tailored training programmes across the business, adapting to different learning styles and experience levels.
- Facilitate learning through a blend of face-to-face, virtual, and digital formats.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and implement impactful development solutions.
- Own the full learning cycle: needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Manage and continuously improve content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Use data and insights to evaluate learning effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Introduce and embed innovative learning technologies and approaches.
- Contribute to and lead L&D projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to support individual and team development.
- Support the development of career pathways, competency frameworks, and structured learning journeys.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational training requirements.
- Build strong relationships across HR and the wider business.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, training, or a closely related people development role.
- Confident designing and delivering learning interventions end-to-end.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at different levels.
- Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to evaluate impact and improve outcomes.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ambitious and motivated to grow into a managerial or leadership role within L&D.
