Your Tasks

  • Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Receive, check, and record deliveries to ensure accuracy against purchase orders.
  • Assist in stock replenishment and organise warehouse or storage areas.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, dispatch) to ensure smooth and efficient inventory operations.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the stock and storage areas.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all inventory activities.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand scanners (if required).
  • Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch according to orders and quality standards.

Your Profile

  • Previous experience in a similar inventory, warehouse, or stock control role is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, inventory management software).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Physically fit, with the ability to lift and move items up to [weight].
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Forklift license (preferred but not essential).
