Program Details- Work on forward-looking SAP and logistics solutions, taking responsibility and helping establish sustainable standards with your team.
- Spend time with Operations, Account Management, Solution Design/Project Management and the German BPM team.
- Support customer implementations and change initiatives across logistics, IT, and external partners.
- Analyze business requirements, support solution implementation, and contribute to process automation and standardisation.
- Gain experience in testing and quality assurance, documenting processes to BPM standards, and backing the rollout of scalable solutions across clients.
- Explore multiple industries, including Tech, Healthcare, and Consumer Products.
- Rotate through Operations, Key Account Management, and Solution Design/Project Management (6 months each, rotation order may vary).
- Graduated in the last 5 years in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Positive outlook, innovative, proactive, improvement-oriented, and confident communicator.
- Collaborative, resilient, curious, responsible, motivated, creative problem-solver, empathetic, and adaptable.
- Practical experience in SAP, IT in logistics.
- Basic knowledge of SAP WM/EWM and/or ERP.
