We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver our 3PL Logistics and Distribution complex projects. In this role, you will ensure planning, seamless execution, and successful delivery of projects while managing multiple resources, including external partners, timelines, and budgets effectively.
Your Tasks:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, clearly defining scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables. Establish and assign roles and responsibilities, ensuring they align with the project goals and team capabilities. Define key project criteria metrics and implement project control and reporting procedures to effectively manage changes in the operational plan. Facilitate all project meetings efficiently, maintaining a factual and professional approach to ensure clear communication and effective decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and manage expectations. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and any adjustments to timelines or budgets. Act as the escalation point for stakeholders on projects, providing a path for issues the project manager cannot resolve.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress to pre-empt and resolve issues promptly. Resolve technical and operational issues as required.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the agreed-upon quality standards and specifications. Conduct regular reviews at each project phase to validate outcomes.
- Budget and Resource Management: Track project expenses and maintain strict adherence to budget constraints. Allocate resources efficiently to achieve project goals within deadlines. Manage the project schedule, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and in scope.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain standard project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports. Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned for future projects. Create, manage, and distribute project communications, including charters, schedules, budgets and project Status Reporting.

- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Gantt charts, PowerPoint presentations, ThinkCell, Excel etc.).
- Desirable but not mandatory: Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent.
