The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), ISO standards, client agreements, and internal policies. This role requires strong attention to detail, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Your Role: Provide QA support, mentoring, and compliance guidance across departments. Ensure adherence to GDP, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 through QMS maintenance. Act as the QA contact for product compliance and quality-related inquiries. Collect, review, and analyze data for reports, KPIs, and investigations. Oversee QMS tasks, self-inspections, CAPAs, and process improvements. Assist with regulatory and client audits, supplier compliance, and training. Support client onboarding, project implementation, and service delivery. Manage administrative QA tasks, including documentation, complaints, and archiving. Monitor temperature deviations, product release, and destruction processes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality standards. Your Profile: Knowledge of GDP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and QA best practices. Experience with SAP, electronic QMS, and temperature monitoring systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, etc.). Background in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals preferred. Hands-on experience with QMS activities, SOP reviews, and audits.
