Experience within project management in a supply chain field is required for this role. Your Tasks Support and manage a variety of projects such as new client business wins, TUPE transitions, implementation of new customers and various logistical/ distributions improvement projects. Update a variety of stakeholders on project progress and accountability for project timelines and spending. Manage project schedules using tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software. Document all data and analytics throughout the project life cycle. Managing Risks, Issues, and Project Scope & Deliverables. Coordinating, motivating, and supporting Workstream leads and operational resources to achieve project deliverables through task progression and completion. Budget control – creating a budget, sign-off process, monitoring cost structure, monthly budget control Your Profile: Project management experience within a distributions/ logistics/ manufacturing background, with capability to managing the full project cycle. Ability to Manage projects from initiation to completion and knowledge of pre and post-contract Project Management responsibilities and ability to deliver this service effectively to Clients. Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of Prince 2. Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with global stakeholders, across all levels, as well as external client communications Operates as an independent, proactive, motivated self-starter who remains focused on tasks and delivers results in a timely manner.
