We're looking for experienced VNA Drivers to join our team at Arvato's brand-new Wellingborough distribution site.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new operation from the beginning, working in a modern warehouse with a supportive team and excellent career development opportunities.
What you'll be doing
- Operating VNA trucks safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Picking, storing and replenishing stock to meet customer requirements.
- Loading and unloading goods where required.
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.
- Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any defects.
- Working safely in line with company procedures and health & safety standards.
- Supporting the wider warehouse operation when needed.
What we're looking for
- A valid, in-date VNA licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent).
- Previous experience operating VNA trucks in a busy warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility, reliability and a strong work ethic.
