Arvato’s HR team is looking for a passionate and experienced Learning & Development professional who is ready to grow into a future leadership role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in L&D who wants to shape learning strategy, influence stakeholders, and build capability across the business.
- Designing and delivering engaging, tailored training programmes across the business
- Facilitating learning through a mix of face-to-face, virtual, and digital formats
- Partnering with stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver impactful solutions
- Owning the full learning cycle: analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation
- Managing and enhancing content within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Using data and insights to measure impact and continuously improve learning outcomes
- Driving innovation through new learning technologies and approaches
- Leading and supporting key L&D projects
- Coaching and mentoring individuals to support development and growth
- Supporting career pathways, competency frameworks, and learning journeys
- Ensuring compliance with all training and regulatory requirements
- Building strong relationships across HR and the wider business
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Learning & Development or training roles
- Strong capability in designing and delivering end-to-end learning solutions
- Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
- A data-driven mindset with a focus on impact and continuous improvement
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ambition to grow into a leadership or managerial L&D role
