Arvato’s HR team is looking for a passionate and experienced Learning & Development professional who is ready to grow into a future leadership role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in L&D who wants to shape learning strategy, influence stakeholders, and build capability across the business.

  • Designing and delivering engaging, tailored training programmes across the business
  • Facilitating learning through a mix of face-to-face, virtual, and digital formats
  • Partnering with stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver impactful solutions
  • Owning the full learning cycle: analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation
  • Managing and enhancing content within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Using data and insights to measure impact and continuously improve learning outcomes
  • Driving innovation through new learning technologies and approaches
  • Leading and supporting key L&D projects
  • Coaching and mentoring individuals to support development and growth
  • Supporting career pathways, competency frameworks, and learning journeys
  • Ensuring compliance with all training and regulatory requirements
  • Building strong relationships across HR and the wider business

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development or training roles
  • Strong capability in designing and delivering end-to-end learning solutions
  • Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on impact and continuous improvement
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ambition to grow into a leadership or managerial L&D role
