Salary:- £35,090.16 Hours:- 13.45-22.15 Contract Type- FTC 12 months Reporting to the Operations Manager you will oversee and coordinate the activities of your team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operation.
- Leading and managing and team to achieve and exceed SLAs
- Distributing work orders and ensuring the workload of the employees
- Steering, coordinating, and implementing processes as well as planning the daily business activities
- First point of contact for all process and technical faults and forwarding of reports to the involved departments
- Identifying issues or problems and initiating corrective measures and success control
- Ensuring SLA compliance
- Working in the SAP system
- Participating in resource planning (staff and infrastructure)
- Creating and evaluating reports
- Ensuring the quality and service level specifications

- Experience of working with computerised systems
- Experience and understanding of working in a temperature-controlled environment an advantage
