Our graduate placement has been carefully designed to ignite your passion for Supply Chain Logistics in the Business Process Management. This is an ideal role to bridge the gap between your academic knowledge and practical workplace experience, setting the foundations for your career.
Program Details
We have an exciting 18-month program lined up for you! In our program, you will work on forward-looking SAP and logistics solutions, take responsibility, and help establish sustainable standards together with your team. As part of the journey, you will also spend time with Operations, Account Management, Solution Design/Project Management and the German BPM team.
Business Process Management: Delve into the world of IT solutions by supporting customer implementations and change initiatives, working closely with logistics, IT, and external partners to design and optimise end‑to‑end supply chain processes. Through hands‑on involvement with SAP (SD, WM, EWM, ERP) and connected systems, you’ll analyse business requirements, support solution implementation, and contribute to process automation and standardisation. You’ll gain experience in testing and quality assurance, documenting processes to BPM standards, and supporting the rollout of scalable solutions across clients.
While exploring multiple industries, gaining broad exposure to Tech, Healthcare, and Consumer Products in:
- Operations: Gain valuable insights, hands-on experience, and development in logistics and warehouse planning.
- Key Account Management: Delve into all aspects of the function, from Customer Service Operations and then rotate between Key Account Management and Solution Design/Project Management (6 months each). The order of these rotations may vary.
- Solution Design/Project Management: Gain unique insights into Solution Design. You'll be involved in creating solutions for new customers and continuous improvement projects.
