The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Technical Change Manager to join our ICT team. This role plays a key part in ensuring changes are planned, approved, communicated and documented effectively. You won’t be expected to implement technical changes yourself - instead, you’ll work closely with internal ICT teams and third‑party suppliers to keep activities on track, approvals in place and stakeholders informed. It’s a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and coordination to complex activity, and who’s interested in developing exposure to IT change and project management practices over time. Note, this is a non-managerial role focused on coordination and oversight rather than direct line management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule technical change activity across internal ICT teams and third‑party suppliers.
- Track actions, chase updates and ensure all required approvals are in place before changes proceed.
- Ensure change documentation is completed accurately, including following up with third parties where information is missing or unclear.
- Communicate approved changes clearly and in a timely way to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Schedule and support change‑related meetings, including taking accurate minutes and documenting actions.
- Maintain oversight of change activity from planning through to completion, ensuring records are kept up to date.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for occasional out‑of‑hours changes, managed within contracted working hours.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Strong communication, planning and coordination skills.
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Confidence in arranging meetings, taking minutes and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Confidence chasing actions and working with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when documenting information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience working in an ICT or technical environment.
- Familiarity with change management or project‑based work.
- Exposure to SharePoint or document management systems.
- Aware of ITIL or PRINCE2 principles.
- Interest in developing knowledge of IT change and governance processes.
Minimum Criteria
- Demonstrable experience in a coordination or administration.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and third‑party suppliers.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise and track actions.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office applications.
Benefits Include
- Discretionary Annual Bonus – recognising and rewarding your individual contribution to the company’s success.
- Flexible Enhanced Family Leave Pay - We offer eligible employees the option to spread their enhanced maternity, adoption, or shared parental leave pay evenly across their leave period.
- Generous Holiday Entitlement – 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, with the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
- Pension Scheme – 4% employee contribution matched by the company.
- Life Insurance – coverage of 4x your basic salary, offering peace of mind for you and your loved ones.

- Exclusive Discounts and Offers – enjoy savings with leading brands via our MyRewards programme.
