Salary: £48,458.93 per annum, with a discretionary annual 5% bonus
Location: Home working (UK Mainland only)

What you'll do: As a Financial Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial stability of companies bidding for government contracts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading complex financial assessments to evaluate the solvency, stability, and risks of organisations tendering for public sector contracts.
- Review financial evaluations to confirm they align with agreed business processes and criteria.
- Use your expertise to make risk-based decisions that influence key government contracts.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to provide clear financial insights and foster long-term partnerships.
- Enhance processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and the effectiveness of assessments to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop assessors to maintain high-quality performance and meet service targets.
What you'll bring to the table:
- CCAB-certified (ACCA, AIA, CAI, ICAEW, ICAS, CIPFA).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Confidently liaise with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Leadership and mentoring ability to guide and support your team to achieve high-quality results.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to assess financial risk and make sound, evidence-based decisions.
Minimum Criteria:
- Hold a CCAB qualification (ACCA, AIA, CAI, ICAEW, ICAS, CIPFA).
- Have experience in financial analysis, risk assessment, or auditing.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial viability assessments.
- Possess excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
