Arvato Limited in Swansea is seeking a SAP Payroll Configuration Specialist to support SAP ECC6 HR & Payroll for a HMRC client. This role focuses on payroll configuration rather than processing, handling PCRs, legislative updates, testing and root-cause analysis to keep payroll running smoothly.

You will work with Payroll, Finance and ICT colleagues, manage change requests from impact assessment to implementation, contribute to continuous improvement, and deliver robust SAP HR & Payroll.
