Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: DualSite role – Corby and Hams Hall
We are looking for a highly strategic and driven Inventory Manager to oversee stock management across our Corby and Hams Hall sites. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient inventory planning, accuracy, and operational excellence across both locations.
- Develop and implement strategic inventory plans, forecasting stock requirements up to 12 months in advance.
- Oversee stock allocation, ensuring products are directed to the most appropriate storage solutions (e.g. AutoStore, racking, etc.).
- Support supervisors in delivering effective weekly and monthly stock plans.
- Ensure accurate cycle counting processes are maintained across both sites.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and stock control.
- Monitor and improve inventory accuracy and performance metrics.
- Work closely with the Head of Operations and Key Account Managers to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within inventory management processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory control within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong strategic planning and forecasting skills.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Solid understanding of warehouse systems and storage solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
