International restaurant group operating globally. A market leader in London and an international player introducing innovative concepts and a wide variety of dining experiences worldwide are opening a new concept in London.

We are looking for a charismatic General Manager for the new opening of a fusion Mediterranean, South American and Asian cuisine lifestyle restaurant concept. Based in Mayfair and set in relaxed, chic and luxurious surroundings, the venue will include a restaurant, cocktail bar, sushi bar and offers live entertainment.

This role is suitable for a General Manager with experience managing large volume lifestyle restaurant operations offering full-service restaurant and experience with live entertainment. We are looking for individuals with strong financial acumen and experience with full control of annual budget, labour control and restaurant operating expenses.

The entire team will be made of 250/300 employees, so experience with high volume operation (10+ million pounds per year) is essential. A strong communicator with exceptional leadership skills is paramount for this role.

Salary is up to £120k depending on experience.
