About The Role
Our Accident Management team manages vehicle downtime when cars or vans sustain damage from road traffic accidents or other causes. With a fleet of over 200,000 vehicles, you will ensure that any work carried out by a garage is relevant, cost effective, timely and safe. You will use motor vehicle repair knowledge to maximise intelligent repair methods and identify vehicles uneconomical to repair, following the correct total loss procedure. You will liaise with Fleet Managers, the approved repair network, insurance companies and internal account teams to keep customers updated and work to agreed timescales and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Using our claims management system to manage your workload of open claims
- Managing relationships between third party engineers and Fleet Managers to achieve high-quality customer outcomes
- Assessing damage reports to ensure correct total loss procedure is followed
- Managing a caseload of around 30 vehicles per day, balancing priorities and urgent queries and communicating progress to the customer

The Package
We offer a basic starting salary of up to £40,000, depending on skills, knowledge, and experience, plus a bonus of up to £1,100. We also offer 25 days holiday as standard, plus bank holidays, and an extra day off for your birthday.
